Providing your contact details as they appear on your order will assist us in reviewing your account prior to contact, and will allow us to serve you better. Shipping Times

As you may already be aware, Canada Post, customs and many other parcel couriers are currently experiencing an unprecedented increase in parcel volume at this time. In additional to processing extremely high parcel volumes, observing social distancing in distribution centers and reduced staffing have created challenging circumstance and some delays in standard shipping times.
At present, we have been advised that shipping times of some parcels may be delayed as much as 1 to 2 weeks depending on the distribution and processing centers involved with parcel handling. Unfortunately, Seasonal Overstock does not have any control over these unprecedented delays. Should your order be delayed, we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to remind you that these delays are not exclusive to Seasonal Overstock. In the mean time, we encourage you to review your tracking details provided by email, and contact us should you have any concerns or questions.
