SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to announce that we offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA in order to give you the best possible shopping experience. 

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times are provided in each of the product details. Please pay close attention to estimated shipping times before making your purchase. Some items may take significantly longer to ship than others due to geographic location and carrier methods. 

 

FULFILLMENT TIMES

Orders are placed direct from factories so please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your order to reach shipping status. Seasonal Overstock reserves the right to refuse any order and may contact you prior to shipment to request additional information such as address confirmation.

 

RURAL SHIPMENT AREAS

Although we have not encountered this issue yet, some far reaching rural addresses may not qualify for free shipping due to a lack of regular postal service and additional carrier fees. If we can not offer you free shipping, you will be contacted prior to shipment to explain alternative options. 

 

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order consists of different items, they may be shipped from different locations and so may not arrive at the same time.   

 

DELAYED SHIPMENTS

There are many factors including holidays, natural occurrences, labor strikes, lock downs, quarantines, transportation closures and various other unforeseen situations that may disrupt services. In the event a prolonged fulfillment is realized by Seasonal-Overstock we will contact you in advance to address these matters.

 

DUTIES AND TARIFFS

Due to the complexities of International Trade, we can not foresee all duties or tariffs. Should you be responsible for duties or tariffs on your product arrival, and we have not previously disclosed the known cost, please advise us so that we can update our records and listings. Seasonal-Overstock is not responsible for duties or tariffs charged by customs, postal services or government agencies. 

 

CANCELLING ORDERS

Should you wish to cancel your order before your item(s) ship we will do our best to accommodate your request by contacting the vendor responsible for shipping. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel an order. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS, LOST or STOLEN GOODS

Seasonal Overstock is not responsible for shipping your order to the wrong address, or lost, or stolen goods. Should your address be incomplete or incorrect, you understand that we are not liable for goods that are not received. In the event we or our vendors have reason to believe that the address provided is not correct we will contact you and request additional information before shipping your order. DAMAGED ITEMS

Should you receive a damaged item please be prepared to provide photos or media of the condition that the item arrived in. This information will be used to determine responsibility for the damage and to assist us and our vendors to improve our future customers experiences.
